My fiance and I had THE BEST experience with Diana Moshier as our realtor. She was recommended by my partners mother and I can see why. She is so knowledgeable about real estate and doesn’t give up on her clients and what they want. I consider myself really intuitive and right away I knew I liked Diana as a realtor, person and friend. Not only is she good at what she does, but she is kind, caring, compassionate and an overall great human being. It only took a little over a week to find our dreamy home, which already had 3 offers in. Diana took the time to educate us on what we could do on our end to make our offer more attractive than the other 3 it already had. She worked her magic on her and went above and beyond working with the sellers realtor and made it happen! Finding the perfect home can be draining for people, but for us it was fun and exciting because we had Diana as our guide. She will always have my loyalty and will be the person I recommend my friends and family to for life!

We happened upon Diana after finding a house online we wanted to view but had no clue how. Making the move from Arizona to California during the pandemic was a scary thing but she made the whole process a great experience. Not only does she work fast and tirelessly but is funny, always positive, responds quick and knows the area well. We drove out, only had the weekend and in a short time she arranged a bunch of viewings for us and got us a great deal on our dream house we never thought we could afford. So thankful to her and will not hesitate to refer her to everyone we know!
